I was born in 1982. Married for about 3 years and not able to have kids. From history, I was small child with delayed puberty which was primary concerns of my parent and physicians. I noted in my teenage years to have small genitalia and I was diagnosed to have hypogonadotestoropic hypogonadisim. Since then, I have been treated with testosterone gels or injections. Testicular biopsy was performed in 2002 at Elaj Medical Center in Jeddah which showed no viable tissue fragments or testicular tubules noted. LHRH stimulation test showed FSH rising to 4.4 and LH to 4.1 indicating that there is some capacity of pituitary to respond. In May 2009 I had the opportunity to see a Doctor in the USA who asked me to stop testosterone gel and take Ovidrel 125 micrograms 2 times per week. 6 months later, semen analysis volume is 1.6 cc and no sperm were seen.
